Dedicated to the return to the constitution as written by our forefathers, The return of common sense in our laws, the return of morality in our
Decisions, and the proliferation of environmental truth.

Letter To Editor – From Joe – July 26 2016

    Editor,

I will vote for Trump, but only because I would vote for my naval lint before I would vote for Hillary, and then I will head home to take another shower.  I do not consider Trump qualified to be President, but neither do I consider Hillary to be qualified.  I am in favor of shrinking the size of the federal government, and see no indication that Trump shares this goal.  He just seems to think that he can make this unworkable behemoth work better.  He has never mentioned the Constitution except to say that he supports all of the Articles, including Article 12, an Article that does not exist.  I do not believe that he has ever read the document, and many of his statements indicate that he cares not one whit about it.  He never talks about the incursion of the federal government on our freedoms and liberty.  His solution to the trade imbalance mirrors that of Herbert Hoover, and Hoover’s tariff policies contributed greatly to the emergence of the Great Depression.  For me with Trump there is no there there.  His ego is starkly evident, but his knowledge of the issues, both foreign and domestic is marginal at best.  As far as I am concerned, this is the worst pair of candidates in my lifetime.

    EDITOR’S COMMENT

There is an old saying that says, Rome wasn’t built in a day and that is true here in America. It has taken the political elite since Teddy Roosevelt to turn the Constitution upside down and as we now know, they exist in both parties.
If Trump can un do the multi nation trade deals and negotiate trade treaties one on one, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he can define our borders and build the wall, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he can change our immigration system to one of vetting all immigrants, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he stops Common Core and moves the decisions for schooling back locally, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he rebuilds our Military, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he gets rid of Obama Care, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he selects Supreme Court Justices in the image of Scalia, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he cuts corporate taxes, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he cuts personal taxes, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he eliminates the death tax, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he cuts the inheritance tax, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he can get moral issues like those connected to LGBT issues given back to the States, that would be a step in the right direction.
He will eliminate the Johnson Amendment and allow ministers and preachers to speak politics from the pulpit, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he brings back our vast energy reserves, that would be a step in the right direction.
If he eliminates the power of the EPA, that would be a step in the right direction.
Beyond that I believe he will turn the economy around and change the direction of our national debt, that would be a step in the right direction.
We are in the unfortunate position of having to fight another war between the establishment elites of both parties and us to take back our country. Without that being done first, the Constitution is as worthless as it has been treated by the establishment elite.
After Donald does what he can do, the mission to reestablish a firm footing in our Constitution can continue. Just like Rome wasn’t built in a day, we need time to rebuild our country that has been ripped apart by the progressive left.
Hold your nose at what we have allowed to be created and thank God we have a fighter that will clean out the mess we call Washington DC, but for our sake vote for Donald Trump.
